9.5" square "Angled Workout Tower" - Allows resistance training and other demonstration geared towards camera. Painted in industrial dark gray so it won't show dirt as easily. Treated camera left column in same manner to balance and create some consistency. 

Hoist Rings for resistance bands located at 18", 4', and 8' from floor.

INITIAL DESIGN NOTES 
Scenic design elements provide Strength & Energy through scale and angles. 

Intentionally kept the studio monochromic with hint of maple wood for warmth. This pops the window scenic and provides focus on your subject(s) or any sponsorship ops.

Window frames are 10' in height for impact. Golf Scenic is more natural with backlighting effect and looking out window.Gym or indoor backlit image would feel fake.

Existing concrete floor matte coated, simple maple overlay element. Most likely thin vinyl plank glued to concrete. 

Faux brick used to create loft, old factory feel, relief/textured like Michael Breed set.

Intent is to simplify electrical to turn on lighting and scenic elements without lighting board/DMX control just yet.

Lighting package shown is greater than initial proposed budget. Around $5k more.
Will want to source some used instruments to keep costs down while achieving this look.

Client to provide floor mat, golf accessories, training equipment.
